I entered into a plan as it was a local company so I trusted them from the beginning. They were always available to me when I called. I have to be honest and say that it was a little frustrating that I had to speak to so many different people during the plan but everyone was consistent with what they told me. I asked to speak with just one person and a supervisor made good on their word and handled my case from then on. Everything was done nicely. They cut the creditors off from calling and everything followed a timeline of what would happen. The people gave me an outline of what to say and when to say it.

I was satisfied with the results of the settlement. I was even able to use what they taught me to settle one account myself. I never would have been able to do that without them. What a load off my mind at 71 years old. I am alone now and this is such a relief to know that those debts aren't there anymore.
